12 Chocolate Eggs, 6 filled with a fine hazelnut praline and 6 with a subtle salted caramel. A layer of dark and a layer of milk chocolate is filled and then given a thin sugar shell with speckles. The Legbar are currently laying white and brown eggs!

Madeleine Floyd writes, “The Old Cotswold Legbar, first bred in the early 1900s, is a cross between Leghorn and Barred hens. As well as a smart coat this hardy, predator-savvy hen is a great egg-layer, producing either pale blue or green eggs, as well as occasional white ones. ”

BROWN or BLUE EGGS: sugar, cocoa mass, caramel 12% (sugar, water, dextrose), whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (MILK), glucose syrup, coating agents (gum arabic, Carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac), starches, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, colouring foodstuffs (spirulina, apple, safflower, lemon, sweet potato & radish concentrates, BARLEY malt extract), “fleur de sel” salt, natural vanilla flavouring. Milk chocolate contains 30% cocoa min, 19% milk min. Dark chocolate contains 52% cocoa.
